A surprise for Mother’s Day
We have a special surprise for all our moms on Mother’s Day. Not saying what it is, but just be sure it doesn’t Crumbl when you open the box. Hope you can join us this Sunday!
Free food boxes May 8th
We will be distributing free food boxes on Saturday, May 8th starting at 2:00 pm, in the church parking lot. As part of the USDA Farmers to Families program, these boxes are available to all the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Spread the word!
If you can help on Saturday (starting at 1:30 pm), or for more information, please call Pastor Nick at 360-840-7939 or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Pray for One Another
We are a church that prays for one another! To help with this, a “Pray for One Another” handout is provided each Sunday to report about health situations in our church family. They are now available online too! Click here to view and/or download this week's and previous weeks' handouts.
Coffee, cookies, and fellowship
Good news! Starting this Sunday, April 18th we will have cookies and coffee, served with safety precautions in place, after each service. Please confine refreshments and conversation to the fellowship area in the back of the sanctuary.
Church office open
The church office is now open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm starting April 14th. (Please wear a face mask when visiting the office.)

A red rectangle within the thumbnail in the upper left corner shows where you are located in the mosaic.

Hi, I’m Pastor Bruce.
Welcome to His Place, where the worship is heartfelt, the message is straightforward, and the children are given high priority. And please, just call me Bruce (after all, I don’t refer to you as Plumber Bill).
At His Place we appreciate authenticity, and treasure transparency. We’re real people, in a real world, serving a real God. That means we aim for a balanced mixture of lighthearted self-awareness and thoughtful God-awareness.
Have you ever felt “out of place” when faced with outmoded musical instruments, arcane religious jargon, and inexplicable rituals? I have, too. We’ve replaced those would-be barriers with culturally-relevant music, language, and traditions.
Oh, and visitors are always welcome to investigate our beliefs, patterns, and practices, in the pursuit of truth. So, whether you’re a spiritual seeker or a committed Christian, you’ve come to the right place … a fun place to get serious about God!
Please look around and get to know us … I’ll stay here and greet our next guest. And by the way, I’m glad you stopped by!
