Mankind was created in the image of God, for His purpose, plans, and pleasure.

Original Sin came through Adam’s voluntary act of rebellious disobedience.

Sin’s nature contaminates and corrupts mankind, resulting in physical and spiritual death. Rom 3:23; 6:23
Unconditional love is expressed and offered by God, in spite of mankind’s sinful condition. Rom 5:8
Repentance is turning to God out of sincere conviction and Godly sorrow over one’s sin. 2 Cor 7:10
Salvation is God’s rescue from sin’s destruction and penalty to restored intimacy with Himself. Jn 3:16
Christ died to satisfy sin’s penalty, and rose from the dead to confirm His victory. 1 Cor 15:3-6
Justification is a right-standing before God; granted to us by the righteousness of Christ. Rom 5:1-2
Believers receive salvation by grace, through faith in Christ, and evidence it by good works. Eph 2:8-10
Forgiveness is offered through Christ’s sacrificial death when we truly confess and repent. Eph 1:7
Baptism in the Holy Spirit occurs at salvation and is evidenced by Spiritual “fruit.”

Filling of the Holy Spirit is the ongoing empowerment for godliness that believers should seek. Eph 5:18
Sanctification is daily growth in faith and Godliness through cooperative work with His Spirit. Rom 6:12-14
The Church is Christ’s “body” and is vital to His plan and the mutual edification of believers. Heb 10:24-25
Communion is a symbolic act which reminds us of what Christ accomplished.

Baptism by submersion in water is a public confession of a person’s spiritual rebirth.

Healing still happens today through prayer, by God’s power, wisdom, and timing.
