Whether it’s physical, intellectual, musical, or spiritual, genuine transformation requires incremental training. Bump, bump, bump.

This isn’t about beating ourselves up, but beating our pride back and down to where it belongs. When sincere humility meets bold transparency the result is inspiring.

We’re called to a holy life, not an easy life. So let’s face the painful fact that pain is part of the process of a good fight!
